A DRIVER had to be rescued from a ford in Pershore earlier today.
The driver had entered a ford in Walcott Lane, Pershore this morning.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene after receiving a call at 10.29am.
Crews from Pershore, Evesham and Worcester attended.
A fire service spokesperson said: "Please take note of depth gauges at fords and heed any warning signs. A foot of flowing water is enough to move an average family car."
