ELVES are the latest Christmas craze which has been delighting children and parents in the run up to the big day.

The idea of the elf is to report back to Father Christmas whether children are being naughty or nice but in the meantime he or she gets up to all kinds of mischief.

Parents have come up with more and more creative scenes for their children to discover in the morning and mums and dads in Worcester have shared some of their ideas.
