NEW technology that will help combat an old problem was discussed at St Peter's Council in Worcester.
Poowatch - a new free web app for smartphones, tablets and personal computers - was presented to councillors at a meeting on Monday (November 30).
Members of the council expressed their support for the app, which enables residents to record any dog mess they spot in the city.
The information provided will help identify dog mess hotspots and ensure the city's street are cleaned up.
