WALKERS have been invited to a fund-raising event organised by the Malvern Hills Lions Club on Sunday.
The annual event has been running for 30 years and has raised thousands of pounds for charities, with the money split between the Lions' and walkers' chosen causes. This year, the Lions' charity is Macmillan Cancer Support.
The route is nine miles long, from Castlemorton Common to Tank Quarry.
There will be free parking at the brown gate of the Three Counties Showground, where walkers can be bussed to the start of the walk.
For walkers who can't face the whole walk, transport can also be provided from set points along the route.
Call Roger Orgill on 01684 833379 for details or application forms.
