WOMEN taking part in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life in Malvern are in for a special treat when a group of hunky male cheerleaders make their debut appearance.
NIVEA, associate sponsor of Cancer Research UK's Race for Life for the fifth year running, has organised for the group of male cheerleaders to tour 100 Race for Life events - including Malvern's, which takes place at the Three Counties Showground on Wednesday, May 23 - as part of its Give a Big Hand campaign, which aims to raise an additional £27,000 for Cancer Research UK this year.
The cheerleaders will be there to support participants and encourage people to raise money for the charity by spending £2 on an inflatable big hand, with all profits going to Cancer Research UK.
The cheerleaders will be wearing their inflatable big hands at all race events to cheer participants on and show male supporters that they too can get involved by giving a big hand to those taking part in the race.
