TWO men were seen trying to break locks on bikes in racks in Foregate Street before stealing the tyre off a bike.
The men were white, slim, in their early 20s and were wearing grey tracksuit bottoms.
One was wearing a grey jumper and the other a grey hoodie.
One was riding a black bike and the other a pink bike.
The theft happened between midday and 1pm on Saturday, November 7.
Anyone with information can call West Mercia Police on 101.
