TWO women were taken to hospital after a car crashed into a tree in Droitwich.
The silver Vauxhall Agila left the road and smashed through a hedge before stopping. The collision occurred on Friday, May 11, at the top of the town's Tagwell Road near to where it joins Falcon Close.
Two ambulances and four police officers were sent to the scene just before 4.30pm.
The two injured women were taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital by the ambulances with one thought to be suffering from shock. Police were at the scene until 6pm.
A police spokesman has appealed to anyone who had saw the collision or the car travelling beforehand to call 0845 444 888, quoting reference number 4615/110507.
