THE dark side of small-town bureaucracy is being exposed by the Miracle Theatre Company.
Performing at Hallow Parish Hall, Hallow, near Worcester, tomorrow night, The Government Inspector is a contemporary parable loosely based on Gogol's 19th century novel.
Written by Bill Scott, it is set in a country town where the local council is entrusted with the welfare of the people and distribution of money.
On Sunday, May 13, the play - suitable for adults and children aged eight and over - is being performed at Martley Village Hall, Martley, near Malvern.
For Hallow tickets, call David Cormack on 01905 640968. Tickets for Martley are from Dave Cropp on 01886 888398.
