A DROITWICH clinic is planning a big knees-up later this month and is hoping for plenty of support from past patients.
Past patients and staff from the town's knee clinc will join surgeons and physiotherapists on the sponsored one or three-mile walk around the town's Lido Park on Sunday, May 20, in aid of the Knee Foundation.
Manager of the Knee Foundation Ellen Beales said: "We hope to have a great day. It is wonderful to have such great support from both patients and the staff of the Droitwich Knee Clinic. We even have someone coming from as far away as Jersey."
Prizes will include one for the oldest one-mile and oldest three-mile walker.
Anyone who has undergone knee surgery is welcome to attend, along with their family and friends.
Registration is £5, including a T-shirt to wear on the walk.
The Knee Foundation is also holding a fun day on the same day, starting at 10am and open to all, with live jazz, a bouncy castle, balloon modelling, stalls, a tombola and refreshment.
