CUSTOMERS at a Worcester pub have sworn allegiance to the County Air Ambulance by raising £875.
When the swear bottle at The Anchor, in Diglis Road, was emptied, landlady Norma Kettley, pictured above with air ambulance paramedic Ian Roberts, was thrilled to find customers had given so generously to the charity, which relies entirely on donations. "I am very pleased that customers have been so generous in supporting the work of the County Air Ambulance in this unusual way," she said. Mr Roberts said: "On behalf of the charity, I am very grateful to Norma and all her locals."
