PEOPLE have the chance to get out of the house and enjoy a gentle stroll around some of Worcester's parks.
The Park Warden Healthy Walks, organised by the city council, are designed to have a positive effect on people's physical and mental health and are meant to last about 30 minutes.
Here is a list of the walks: Friday, May 11 - Gheluvelt and Barbourne walk. Meet at the Pumphouse Environment Centre at 2pm.
Friday, May 25 - Fort Royal Park walk. Meet outside the Commandery at 2pm.
Friday, June 8 - Riverside and Cripplegate Park walk. Meet at Cafe Loco at 2pm.
Friday, June 22 - King George V walk. Meet at the park pavilion at 2pm.
Anybody interested in taking part should wear suitable footwear and clothing.
