SHOPPERS interested in nature and conservation should visit the CrownGate shopping centre in Worcester this weekend for information on helping the environment.
Worcestershire Wildlife Trust will be speaking to shoppers in Friary Walk about all aspects of the trust's work and how to get involved.
The trust will provide information on its range of local events, including guided walks, work parties, species identification, wildlife gardening advice and more.
The trust is also very keen to talk to younger conservationists and invite them to join the Wildlife Watch' club, which is open to children under the age of 14, and organises educational and fun activities such as pond dipping and "mini beast investigations."
The Wildlife Trust is the largest UK charity dedicated to conserving habitats and species and has more than 670,000 members with 108,000 of those belonging to the junior branch.
