A NUMBER of sheds have been broken into at an allotment in Worcester.
A chubb lock was removed from the door of a wooden shed at the Duck Brook Community Orchard, in Bath Road, Worcester between 6pm on Tuesday, August 4 and 8am on Friday, August 7.
Burglars split one of the wooden panels on the right hand side of the door but no items were taken from the shed. West Mercia police gave the crime an incident number of 0176S 070815.
At the same allotment, the door to a compost toilet was forced between 12pm on Monday, August 10 and 8am on Tuesday, August 11.
The allotment is privately owned but is accessible to the public. The crime was given the incident number 0091S 110815.
The door of a third shed in the same allotment was also forced and kicked open between 8pm on Saturday, August 8 and 10am on Sunday, August 9.
In that case, the shed was bolted with a padlock.
A screwdriver was stolen and a bottle opener secured to the wall was smashed off. The incident number was 0533S 090815
Anyone with information about any of the break-ins should call West Mercia police on 101 quoting the individual numbers.
