A TEENAGER who caused havoc in parts of Worcester has had his anti-social behaviour order extended until he turns 18.
Ashley Harris, aged 15, who is currently in youth custody, but lived in Tolladine, Worcester, appeared before Worcester Magistrates yesterday, so his existing Asbo could be altered. The original order, which was made in August 2005 and lasted for two years was due to expire in a few months time.
The order is now to be extended and amended after Harris broke its conditions a number of times.
Prosecuting, Catherine Girvan told the court the order was in relation to his behaviour in parts of Tolladine which the previous order had not covered.
She said Harris, who is currently serving eight months in youth custody, had played football inappropriately, obstructed traffic, caused damage to cars, fired a pistol at a youth and carried a BB gun.
Andy Childs, defending, said Harris did not accept all the allegations made against him, but accepted he had been anti-social during this time and the new order. Mr Childs said the terms of the order could be discussed in the future. He said he believed by publically naming Harris, it had a great impact on the lives of him and his family.
ASBO TERMS
Ashley Harris is prohibited from:
*Causing or encouraging harassment, alarm or distress.
*Using foul or abusive or threatening language or gestures.

* Carrying or using an air weapon, BB gun, imitation firearm or offensive weapon.
This lasts until midnight on August 21, 2009. If Harris breaches this order he could face prison not exceeding five years or a fine.
