AN 18-year-old Worcester man has been sentenced to a 12-month community ordered to complete 150 hours unpaid work for breaching his Asbo (Anti-Social Behaviour Order).
In August 2005, Robert Fleetwood, of Deer Avenue, St Peter's, was handed an order which stated he was not allowed to use abusive language or threatening behaviour that would cause another person to fear violence would be used against them.
However, Emily Lenham, prosecuting, said Fleetwood was in breach of this order following an incident in Angel Place, Worcester, on Friday, February 16, this year.
"There was a group of males having a confrontation," she said.
"No physical violence was being used at the time.
"He (Fleetwood) walked up to an unknown male in an aggressive manner. There was a scuffle and punches were thrown between two other males and Mr Fleetwood."
He pleaded guilty to the offence at a previous hearing and deputy district judge Fowler also ordered Fleetwood to pay £43 court costs.
