HUNDREDS of people visited the Worcester Flood Fair at the Guildhall yesterday.
The event - the first of its kind in the county - gave them a chance to find out how to prevent and cope with flash flooding.
There were 19 different organisations on hand to offer advice and tips - including Nicola Taylor, right, from Eco Coverage Technologies, pictured with Mary Dhonau, a flood prevention campaigner who organised the fair.
Visitors Margaret and Roy Smith, of Perdiswell, Worcester, were victims of flooding in 1999.
Mrs Smith said: "I'm leaving today armed with leaflets and ideas."
