WARNDON Villages Sharks Under Nines bagged two convincing wins in the Stourport Youth League.
They beat well-drilled Nunnery Wood Tigers 3-0 with two goals from Callum Parker and a single Kieran Burns strike.
With the wind behind them, Sharks attacked from the start and eventually took the lead from a good right-wing pass.
Parker swivelled on the edge of the area and found the corner of the net.
Tigers battled hard as Ben Jones and Harry Loader impressed, while Adam Westbury pulled off several saves in goal. They hit the bar with a James Ridge lob.
But Sharks made it two when Parker chased down a long ball and robbed the 'keeper to net from a narrow angle.
Tigers upped their work-rate with Luke Obrey, Ridge and Bradley Hunt pushing forward and they forced 'keeper Harry Stanley into good saves.
Oliver Ranscombe also went close but Liam Dayus and JJ Kealey defended well for the hosts.
Sharks' best goal was the third when Burns finished off a flowing move that also involved Dayus and Matt Sowden.
Sharks also beat Kidderminster Lions Cubs 7-2, taking an early lead through Parker.
Two goals from set-pieces put Cubs ahead but Jack Rule fired home a cross to equalise.
Sharks quickly took the lead through Parker who went on to complete his hat-trick.
Rule and Sam Langston (two) added further goals.
