A MAN from Worcester needed hospital treatment after jumping over a park bench and breaking his leg.
An ambulance, rapid response vehicle with a paramedic onboard, and the County Air Ambulance were called to Gheluvelt Park in Worcester's Barbourne Road shortly before 2.30pm yesterday.
The medical helicopter landed, but it was later decided to take the 26-year-old man to Worcestershire Royal Hospital by land ambulance instead.
The 26-year-old man from Worcester suffered an open fracture to his leg.
