THREE Evesham men are getting on their bikes to ride the length of the country and raise funds for a leukaemia charity.
Paul Edmondson, Oli Steward and Nick Berry will start pedalling from John O' Groats to Land's End on Monday and aim to cover 1,000 miles in 10 days for the Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust. The event is to help raise money for state-of-the-art intravenous pumps, which will enable hospital staff to run a more efficient service. The more money raised, the more pumps - which cost £3,000 each will be bought. Local businesses have offered support. Among them is thebestofevesham, which has donated the use of its company van as a support vehicle; Sinclair Transport, which is supplying fuel for the van, and Apollo Graphics, providing the vehicle signage.
