A BEREAVEMENT service has linked up with Worcestershire County Council to help people in the area.
The Worcester branch of Cruse Bereavement Care is being funded by the WiNN initiative - the Worcestershire Neighbourhood Network - to deliver a range of specialised services in the Evesham area.
The package of tailor-made services will include a drop-in centre open to anyone who is seeking advice, help or support; a therapeutic group specifically designed to help bereaved people gain support and encourage interaction with others who have suffered a loss, and a dedicated help line that directs callers to Cruse's live telephone counselling sessions.
The new services are launched on Monday, April 16, and are open to anyone who has suffered bereavement.
Anyone wishing to contact the service should call in at the drop-in centre in the meeting room, Evesham Library, Oat Street, on the first Thursday in every month between 10.30am and 12.30pm, or phone the helpline on 01905 22223.
