MINI enthusiasts in Worcestershire are invited to get behind the wheel and join a fund-raising charity drive.
Hilltop Minis, which meets every Tuesday, currently at the Railway Inn in Malvern Wells, has organised Archie's Mini Adven-ture, a fun run around Worcestershire and Herefordshire to raise money for Acorns Children's Hospice.
About 30 Minis are expected to join the 120-mile route on Sunday, May 27.
Motorists will meet at St Peter's Garden Centre, Broomhall, near Worcester, at 10.15am.
They will then head to Burford House and Garden Centre, near Tenbury Wells, before driving back to the Motorcycle and Light Car Club's headquarters in Lower Howsell Road, Malvern Link.
Jan Judge, of Hilltop Minis, said: "We do a fun run every year for a children's hospice in north Devon, which has always been successful.
"There's a hospice here, so we thought why don't we do something similar?
"We've always supported children's hospices, and Minis are very popular among children. They are very recognisable little cars and most kids love them."
She said club members were so keen to do the fun run that they had organised the event within just a matter of weeks.
"It's a very Mini-friendly route, through open countryside, so it should be great fun.
"We have 20 to 30 Minis on our books, and are expecting quite a few to join in, but we're hoping even more people will be interested."
Entry to the event is £10 per car and bookings must be made by Friday, May 18, to allow organisers to account for numbers.
