We could have been anything that we wanted to be....

This is the cry of the Norbury Theatre's youth section! In November they will be staging the hit musical Bugsy Malone, best known for the film version with its splurge gun action and for being one of the first films featuring Jodie Foster & Scott Baio. There is only one thing standing in the way for this talented group of youngsters - they need a a musical director.

If you are a talented and enthusiastic pianist looking for a chance to display your skills, a music student who would love the chance to put the letters M.D. on your CV, or an older person with time to spare and who would enjoy working with a talented group of young people, the youngsters need your assistance and enthusiasm to help make this production one of the best ever.

The Norbury Youth Theatre has been around for over 30 years and exists to teach theatre skills to those between the ages of 14 and 21. Recent productions have included The Sweeney Todd Shock 'n' Roll Show, The Boyfriend and My Fair Lady.
