WHO pronounces Worcester correctly - the Americans or British?
In a funny YouTube video, an American is tested on his pronunciation of British place names for the web series Anglophenia.
Presenter Siobhan Thompson put Science Friction's Rusty Ward through his paces trying to pronounce difficult British place names.
After incorrectly saying the names of towns and cities such as Aberystwyth and Bicester, American Rusty and Siobhan finally come to Worcester and get into a playful dispute over who actually pronounces it correctly.
Ward said: "Where I grew up there was a town near me spelled this way and we said Worcester [American pronunciation]."
But Thompson counters: "The whole town is wrong."
The video has clocked up over 450,000 views online.
It follows another hilarious clip of tongue-tied Italian chef Pasquale Sciarappa trying - and failing - to pronounce Worcestershire Sauce.
Rusty's attempt at saying "Worcester" is at 3m42s.
