Our October meeting began by welcoming the visitors who had joined us this month.

After the notices, the report of the very enjoyable Annual Council Meeting held at the Three Counties Showground was read. Members were then reminded of the quiz being held at Hanley Swan and forthcoming skittles evening (visitors welcome). We also have a visit to The Swan Theatre arranged for this month.

We were then shown by 'Our Lizzie' how easy it is to prepare for a vegetarian Christmas. The aromas during cooking were very enticing and as an added bonus we had tasters afterwards.

We meet in the village hall on the first Thursday of every month at 7.30pm.
