A jazz club will celebrate its third birthday by moving to a new venue.
Worcester Jazz will now meet on the first Monday of the month at the Bank House Hotel in Bransford, near Worcester.
The club, which started meeting at Worcester Rowing Club on Mondays before moving to Fridays at the Barbourne Ex-Services club, wants to return to a Monday night because more musicians are available to play.
The first Worcester Jazz show at the new venue will feature Paul Sawtell on vibraphone with Dave Newton on keyboard and Bill Coleman on bass.
The trio has promised plenty of Lionel Hampton and George Shearing tunes and foot tapping jazz.
They will be at the Bank House Hotel from 7pm on Monday, April 7.
Pat Holly, who runs the club, said: "With the ever increasing audiences we felt that we needed somewhere we could comfortably accommodate those larger numbers.
"Also, if they wish, jazz-goers can now enjoy a meal while they listen to the jazz.
"The hotel has undergone major refurbishment and is very keen to support the jazz club and there is also an ample car park.
"It's a very positive start to our fourth year."
In May, the club will play host to the Bobby Wellins Quartet and in June singer Maggie Reeday, who was a hit at the club last year, will return.
Tickets are available on the door for £10. Members pay £9 and also qualify for a discount on jazz events at Huntingdon Hall.
The club has a car share scheme for anyone who wants to attend.
