‘Scruffy’ men reported knocking on doors in Malvern
A PAIR of ‘scruffy’ men, one wearing a black coat and the other a red coat, were reported to be knocking on doors in Bluebell Close, Malvern, between 5.30pm and 6.20pm on Thursday, March 20 and taking photographs of the occupants when they answered.
