A MAN was taken to hospital with leg injuries after a car him and failed to stop at a set of traffic lights in Redditch.
The 44-year-olds leg has had to be put in plaster, although no bones were broken, after the collision between him and a metallic grey car, believed to be a new shape Vauxhall Insignia, at the junction of Bromsgrove Road and Plymouth Road at 8.50 this morning (Tuesday, March 18).
PC Andy Cadwallader of West Mercia Police said: “We would like to trace the driver involved. It is possible they did not realise there had been a collision, so we would urge them to come forward.
“We also would like to hear from any witnesses.”
