THE FIRST Worcester Arts Market of the year will be hitting the streets with unique arts and crafts from across the region on Saturday, April 5.
Between 9am and 5.30pm, Worcester High Street will be lined with a wide variety of arts, craft, food and drink, as well as handmade products, and offerings from local artists, designer makers and artisan producers showcasing their goods.
Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, who put on the markets throughout the year with the help of Boffy Arts Markets and Cathedral Plaza Shopping Centre, in Worcester, said this was set to be the biggest one yet and was a chance to support local businesses.
There will be handmade jewellery, ceramics, glass, woodwork, prints, paintings and photographs to browse, as well as the chance to taste some local award-winning producer's food and drink, including beer, cheese, cider, jams and preserves, chocolate, cakes, pastries, spices, pies, and sausages.
