A MAN who travelled to Japan to save thousands of dolphins, porpoises and small whales from slaughter will be giving a talk on Wednesday, March 26.
Worcester Vegans and Veggies member Mark Muschamp travelled to Taiji in Japan last month to spend over two weeks as a cove guardian.
He joined other members of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society (SSCS) in their efforts to save thousands of marine animals.
Mr Muschamp will be giving a talk and showing photographs about the work of the SSCS, the plight of the whales and dolphins and his moving experiences in Taiji.
The talk will take place at The Firefly, 54 Lowesmoor, Worcester from 7pm until 9pm. There will be a break for drinks and free vegan snacks during the evening.
Entry is free with a donation to SSCS optional.
