THE world's oldest page three girl and her record-breaking bunny are featuring on the Alan Titchmarsh Show.

Annette Edwards, aged 61, of Pershore Road, Stoulton, near Worcester, is set to appear on the daily chat show on ITV1 on Tuesday (January 28).

She will feature alongside celebrity guests, music and discussion on the day's hot topics.

The former playboy model has been invited on to the show to talk about her four-year-old rabbit Darius, a 4ft Continental Giant who broke the world record for being the world's longest bunny when he was just 13-months-old.

Darius, who took the world record from his mother Alice, is longer than an average six-year-old child.

Ms Edwards, who also holds a Guiness World Record for being the world's oldest page three model, said she was overwhelmed when she was asked to appear on the show.

"I love his gardening programmes, I'm quite a fan of Alan Titchmarsh, " she said. "I've done lots of Daybreak and I've been on This Morning but the Alan Titchmarsh Show I've never done.

"I was quite overwhelmed when they say would I come on."

Ms Edwards said she was contacted by the show last week to go on and talk about Darius, who she shares a birthday with, and her own world record.

"We both have a Guiness World Record and we both share the same birthday," she said. "That's what Alan Titchmarsh was finding quite funny. I'm really looking forward to it.

"Darius loves all the attention and he loves people. He will thoroughly enjoy it."

The Alan Titchmarsh Show will air on ITV1 on Tuesday at 3pm.
