THIS new year three female artists are hosting insightful exhibitions in Hereford.
Denise Salmon, Jane Tudge and Lisa Saunders work in different media but all offer interpretations of human concerns. Their interesting work is going on display in The Courtyard, Hereford, until February.
Denise Salmon's exhibition, Shelter Pieces, looks at the way we cover and conceal ourselves, and the structures that we use to do so.
Jane Tudge's mixed media exhibition includes images of Abu Ghraib prisoners who smile despite being abused.
Lisa Saunders' exhibition, Through The Void, features her colourful, explorative paintings.
On Saturday, January 20, Lisa will be hosting a watercolour workshop where artists are invited to tap into their own feelings and into the use of colour.
