AT first glance it looks like a cookbook. It has recipes just like a cookbook. But In The Galley With Graham is much more than your average cookbook.
To begin with there are the beautiful illustrations by marine artist Keith Bacon and the poetry of Ann Goodhall.
And, of course, the recipes, gleaned from Graham Samways, who plies his trade in the galley of the Jubilee Sailing Trust's sail-ship Tenacious.
"It is as much a coffee table book as a cookery book," said Pauline Appleby, the businesswoman behind the publication who is based in Defford, near Pershore.
Most of the meat dishes have veggie alternatives, so there is something for everyone. The recipes range from chocolate porridge cake, babootee - a dish involving minced lamb, curry and chilli powder, spinach and goats cheese parcel - to clafoutis, banoffee pie and Jamaican bread and butter pudding.
All proceeds from its sale will go to the Jubilee Sailing Trust, a unique charity that aims to promote the integration of people of all physical abilities through the challenge and adventure of tall ship sailing.
The book, priced £13.99, can be ordered direct from Pauline on 01386 750534.
