THREE members of one Malvern family travelled to St James’s Palace to be given their Duke of Edinburgh awards on the same day.
Amy Gower, aged 21, Callum Gower, 20, and Lois Gower, 18, all took their bronze, silver and gold awards while they were attending Bredon School, near Tewkesbury.
Mum Kate Gower said: “Their achievement is all the more remarkable as Callum has autism and all three are dyslexic.”
The family, of Pickerslegh Road, thanked Mike Tweddell who leads the Duke of Edinburgh awards and outdoor activities at Bredon School.
