An investigation has been launched after Spring Grove House, in the grounds of West Midland Safari Park, near Bewdley, caught ablaze.
The 250-year old Georgian house, was severely damaged by the fire on Christmas Eve.
Around 50 firefighters were called in to tackle the blaze, using a hydraulic platform to douse it out.
Christmas lunches had to be cancelled for any guests who had booked the building, which is used as a conference and banqueting centre.
