WORCESTER band the Dastards have been running riot all over their home town to record their first video.
The pop-synth, nu-folk, melodic indie rock band got help from Midlands-based company Top Banana to produce the video which has been released on the internet.
Dave Pinches, Top Banana's director, said: "The first time I heard the single I loved it and the story for the video just formed in my mind.
"The music conjured up the images for me and made the whole process really simple.
"When combined with the beautifully written track the impact is very powerful."
The video follows a man who is obsessed with a shop assistant.
He keeps visiting her shop, buying all sorts of different tins with interesting labels and taking them away for an unknown purpose. Over the course of the video it becomes clear he is creating a unique collage to express his love.
Finally he asks her to his room so he can show her his work, but as they enter he realises he has left the window open and the collage has blown all over the floor.
The Dastards were founded in early 2005. They are currenting touring the UK.
