HOUSE prices in the Faithful City rose again in November - for the third month running.
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) said 25 per cent - one in four - of chartered surveyors in the region reported a rise in prices in November, compared with 47 per cent nationally.
Only 14 per cent of surveyors reported a fall in prices, down from 29 per cent on the previous month.
But while surveyor confidence in the outlook for house prices in Worcester fell back in November, confidence in sales rebounded, rising well above the survey average.
RICS spokesperson David Stuart-Smith, of Worcester's branch of Andrew Grant, said: "Although the November market displayed a seasonal slow-down, there remains a remarkably strong demand from buyers."
