A PROLIFIC criminal - who has been involved in more than 80 incidents of vehicle theft or vehicle criminal damage - has been given a two-year Criminal Anti-Social Behaviour Order by Worcester Magistrates.
Shaun Carr, aged 21, of Woodmancote Terrace, Blackpole, Worcester, has been banned from associating "in the open air" with seven other Worcester people: They are: Darren Parkinson, of no fixed abode; Adam Bishop, of Glenthorne Avenue, Brickfields; Wayne Kennedy, Portefields Road, Tolladine; Emmanuel Vella, Walnut Avenue, Brickfields; Marcus Taylor, Cirencester Place, Warndon; Daniel Taylor and Dominic Taylor, both of Goldsmith Road, Brickfields.
The other seven CRASBO restrictions are: Not to use, carry or possess anything likely to cause alarm, harassment or distress - or that could be used to hide his identity.
Not to wear - or possess - gloves without good cause.
Not to drive or ride any motor vehicle on any playing field.
Not to cause harassment, alarm or distress to others and not to encourage others to do so.
Not to interfere with property or motor vehicles without the owner's permission; Not to enter private gardens, allotments - or any premises - without the owner/occupier's consent.
Not to drive or ride a vehicle or pedal cycle in an anti-social manner.
Det con Mick Norton, of Worcester CID, said: "Carr's prolific vehicle crime activities have been known to us for a considerable time. Hopefully, this CRASBO will go a long way to tackling the activities of a persistent offender."
