M5 accident - delays northbound
AN accident is causing congestion on the northbound carriageway of the M5 between junction six (Worcester) and junction five (Droitwich).
The accident, which happened within the last hour, is understood by the Highways Agency to have involved no major injuries and to be causing delays of around 10 minutes. Lane three is closed but work is underway to assess the situation so the vehicle can be moved onto the hard shoulder.
Normal traffic conditions expected from 6:15 pm.
