BUS strikes set to take place tomorrow and Wednesday in Worcester have been cancelled, it has emerged.
Union Unite has agreed to hold fresh talks with bus operators First, with the stoppages now scrapped so a fresh solution can be found.
The walk-outs were set to take place over nine days during November and came about after 90 per cent of Unite members backed strike action.
Services will now run as normal this week, with a statement by First saying bosses will "try and resolve the issues" over pay and conditions.
