A FLASHER exposed himself to an elderly woman as she walked her dog and then drove off.

The incident happened at Broughton Hackett, near Upton Snodsbury on the edge of Worcester on Tuesday.

Between 3.45pm and 4.15pm, the woman was walking her dog through Churchill, near Broughton Hackett, when a man in his 60s pulled up in a silver 4x4 and engaged her in conversation.

He said his name was Paul and that he had moved to the area in the last six months. When the conversation became more personal, she tried to go and the man drove past and a short while later drove back towards her.

He stopped the vehicle next to her and the woman saw he had removed his clothes below the waist and was exposing himself to her. He then drove off.

The man was described as white, in his early 60s, having a thin face and thinning hair scraped back.

PC Gemma Pawlick, who is investigating the incident, said: “It is unusual for an incident like this to take place in such a rural area and understandably it has left the elderly lady quite shaken.

“I am hoping someone will recognise the description of the man responsible and come forward. If you live in the Upton Snodsbury area and have seen a man of this description, please get in touch.”
