THE light blue properties of Lower Broadheath, the High Street and Friar Street proved successful for a surveyor who won the inaugural round of a competition using the new Worcester Monopoly board.
The Worcestershire's Property Service Monopoly Challenge saw property agents play against each other for the title of Worcestershire's top property tycoon.
Peter Bingham, of Birmingham surveyors Bingham & Co, came out on top and won a luxury weekend for two at Dormy House Hotel in Broadway. Chris Maulkin, of Ledbury's John Goodwin, claimed second place and a bottle of champagne donated by Rosebank Wines.
Pat Prosser, of Worcestershire's Property Service, who organised the event, said: "The game was played in fantastic spirit and was a really fun way to celebrate Christmas with some of the property agents we work with."
The game, held at Acorns Children's Hospice, in Bath Road, Worcester, raised £500 for the charity.
