Conifers on fire on the main road in Kempsey, near Worcester
THE FIRE service were called to a conifer hedge which was on fire in a residential area in Kempsey, near Worcester.
The 10x6 metre hedge was put out at around 1.37pm this afternoon before being checked over by a thermal imaging camera to make sure it did not carry on burning.
Police were called to help control traffic as the incident occurred on Main Road.
No injuries were reported.
