A MAN was injured after a van was involved in a crash causing it to almost tip over against a hedge.

The fire service attended the scene after they were called by a member of the public at 8.34am this morning to make the van safe. It was at a 45 degree angle on the side of the road against a hedgeway on Elmbridge Road, Droitwich.

The male driver, said to be in his 40s, was treated at the scene for a shoulder injury and medical condition by a rapid response unit from West Midlands Ambulance Service which attended at 9.06am, but was discharged and not taken to hospital.
