GIVE a gift and put a smile on a child's face this Christmas.
The Salvation Army's Christmas Present Appeal is well under way, but more people are wanted to contribute toys, games and other gifts to be distributed to needy children and families in Worcester for Christmas.
Captain Scott Cunliffe said: "Millions of children and young people have benefited from the gifts donated to the Salvation Army over many years. By giving a gift to our Christmas Present Appeal you can make a real difference in someone's life at Christmas."
To contribute, buy a toy or gift for a child aged up to 16 and take it unwrapped to either the Blue Room gift shop in St Swithun's Street, Worcester, or see Salvation Army volunteers as the band plays in High Street, Worcester, on Saturdays.
Your gift will be wrapped by volunteers and handed over to a youngster.
