A LOVING home is needed to ensure two four-legged-friends stay together.
Staff at Dogs Trust Evesham want to find a special home for Coco and Eve, who have had a long journey together, starting life in Ireland and moving to a shelter in Northern Ireland before arriving at the Evesham centre.
Coco is an eight-year-old male collie/spaniel crossbreed and Eve is an eight-year-old husky crossbreed.
As they are older dogs they are part of the trust's full foster scheme, where medical costs will be paid by the charity. Rehoming centre manager Chris Slight said: "Coco and Eve are great dogs with wonderful temperaments. They have a really special bond after having grown up together. We hope that someone out there can offer them a home for life together. Having lived with cats and dogs previously, we are hoping this will also help them find a special home.
"It's hard to find someone who wants to take on two dogs so we have our work cut out but if you are interested in finding out more about Coco and Eve."
Anyone interested in offering these or any of the centre's other 150 dogs a home can call 01386 830613. The trust is the UK's largest dog welfare charity, caring for more than 14,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year at its 17 UK rehoming centres.
