TWO fire crews battled a house fire in Droitwich during the early hours of this morning.
At around 12.25am firefighters from Droitwich were called to the home in Ploughmans Rise.
The blaze was discovered in the ground floor kitchen and involved some external fixtures.
One hose reel and two breathing apparatus were used to extinguish the fire.
Properties either side of the home were checked for damage and a triple extension ladder, positive pressure ventilation and thermal imaging camera were also used to ensure the blaze was out.
