A PUPPY has been stolen from a house in Pershore.
The 20-week-old collie, called Willow, was taken from a home in Meadow Walk between 11.30pm on Friday, August 16 and 6.25am the following day.
The door had been left unlocked overnight and when the owner got up on the Saturday morning they initially thought the dog had escaped from the house, it was later discovered that items in the house had been disturbed.
Willow has been with the family since she was 12 weeks old and is described as black with some white on her face, the tip of her tail and her paws.
She has a habit of pocking her tongue out as her bottom teeth are not straight.
Police are carrying out house-to-house enquiries.
West Mercia Police Detective Constable Kelly Browning said: “Willow is a much loved pet and her family are worried about her and miss her, and just want her home.
“Anyone who knows where she might be or sees a puppy matching this description offered for sale is asked to contact us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting incident 572-s-210813 or ring the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.”
