A MAN and woman have been charged with attempting to deal Class A drugs worth more than £1,000.
Charlotte Cull, aged 37, of Pickersleigh Grove, Malvern, and Mukesh Thapar, aged 25 of Church Lane, Handsworth, Birmingham, have been charged with two counts of possessing a controlled Class A drug with intent to supply.
The pair were arrested at 8.20pm on Thursday, August 22 at Great Malvern Railway Station and officers seized 56 wraps of heroin and 46 wraps of crack cocaine, which have been assessed as having a street value of £1,460.
They appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Saturday where Cull was remanded into custody and Thapar was released on court bail.
However, he breached the conditions of his bail and was put before the court again on Wednesday and was also remanded.
They are due to appear at Worcester Crown Court at a date yet to be set.
