POLICE have issued a fresh appeal for help in finding a Droitwich man who is wanted for breaching bail and due to be tried for burglary next week.
Nicky Holden, aged 28, of Valley Way, Droitwich, is charged with committing a burglary last August. He is due to stand trial on Monday (August 19) and while awaiting trial he was released on a tag.
But in June, Holden breached the conditions of his tag and has not been seen since.
It is believed Holden is still in the Droitwich area, most likely staying with associates on the Westlands estate.
Inspector Janet Heritage said: “We need to find Mr Holden to ensure he stands trial next week and also so he can be dealt with for breaching the conditions of his court bail.
“I believe Holden is staying with contacts in Droitwich and I want make it clear we would take a very dim view of anyone harbouring this man. We will pursue prosecutions against anyone assisting him while he remains at large.”
Holden is not considered a direct risk to the public, but anyone who spots him is advised not to approach him and to contact police immediately on 999.
Anyone with information about Mr Holden’s whereabouts or his associates can contact police via the non-emergency number 101. Information can also be passed on anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
