Hannah Kerins, who works for iForce in Redditch has reached the final stages of the rising star category in the annual FTA everywoman in Transport and Logistics Awards.

Now in their sixth year, the awards programme aims to raise awareness of the women who are flying high in the profession and who are role models for future generations.

Miss Kerins said: “The everywoman in Transport and Logistics Awards are an established awards body, and I am delighted to be part of the line-up of chosen nominees alongside such inspirational women.

“I am passionate about my career and my work at iForce and feel privileged to have been recognised for this.

“I work in a great team where gender has never been an issue; it is just talented, experienced people working together, producing great results.” She joined iForce in 2009 as an account executive for John Lewis and was promoted to key account manager in 2010.

iForce’s chief executive, Mark Hewitt, said he was delighted her efforts had prompted a nomination.

“We are all thrilled that Hannah’s hard work and energy for logistics has been recognised by an awards body,” he said.

“She has progressed quickly through our business and continues to portray the valuable and rare traits of passion and enthusiasm in all that she does.

“Hannah always exceeds her clients’ expectations and we hope that she is duly rewarded with the Rising Star accolade.”
